Kenyan Corporate Authentication

Authentication of Kenyan corporate documents including certificates of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, KRA compliance certificates, and business permits for UAE trade licensing.

Authentication of Kenyan corporate and commercial documents for UAE business activities. We process company registrations, tax compliance certificates, and board resolutions through MFA and MOFA.

Kenyan businesses expanding to the UAE or engaging in commercial activities with Emirati companies need their corporate documents authenticated. This includes certificates of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, tax compliance certificates from KRA, and other commercial filings required by UAE authorities.

Green Apple Attest manages the full authentication chain for Kenyan corporate documents. We coordinate with the Registrar of Companies, Kenya Revenue Authority, and other relevant bodies to obtain the necessary verifications before routing documents through MFA authentication, UAE Embassy legalisation, and MOFA attestation.

Our service supports Kenyan companies setting up UAE branches, joint ventures, or representative offices, as well as those responding to UAE government tenders or establishing commercial agency agreements. We ensure every document meets the precise specifications demanded by UAE free zones, the Department of Economic Development, and other regulatory authorities.

Questions & Answers

Frequently asked questions

Requirements vary by UAE jurisdiction, but typically include a certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, board resolution, and certificate of good standing. Free zones may have additional requirements. We can advise based on your target UAE jurisdiction.

Some UAE authorities and free zones require a valid KRA tax compliance certificate as part of the company documentation package. If required, it must go through the same MFA authentication chain. The certificate must be current and valid at the time of submission.

The full chain takes approximately 15 to 20 working days. If additional verifications from the Registrar of Companies or KRA are needed, add 5 to 7 working days. We recommend starting at least one month before your UAE business deadline.
