Nigerian Commercial Document Service

Authentication of Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) documents, tax clearance certificates from FIRS, and commercial agreements for UAE business registration and trade licensing purposes.

Authentication of Nigerian commercial and corporate documents for UAE business registration and trade. We process CAC certificates, tax clearances, and commercial agreements through the full legalisation chain.

Nigerian companies conducting business in the UAE need their corporate documents authenticated. The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) issues the foundational documents, which must pass through FMFA authentication, UAE Embassy legalisation, and MOFA attestation before they are accepted by UAE authorities.

Green Apple Attest handles authentication of CAC certificates of incorporation, certificates of compliance, annual returns, tax clearance certificates from FIRS, and other commercial documents. We understand the formatting and certification requirements that FMFA applies to commercial filings and ensure your documents are prepared correctly before submission.

Our service supports Nigerian businesses establishing UAE branches, companies bidding on UAE contracts, exporters setting up trade relationships, and firms opening corporate bank accounts in the Emirates. We ensure every document meets the standards required by UAE free zones, mainland licensing authorities, and financial institutions.
