Acte de Mariage (Marriage Certificate) Apostille

Apostille authentication of French marriage certificates for UAE spouse visa applications, including Mairie coordination and certified sworn translation.

Apostille your French Acte de Mariage (marriage certificate) for spouse sponsorship, legal proceedings, and official use in the UAE. Green Apple Attest handles the Cour d'Appel process remotely from Dubai.

If you were married in France and need to prove your marital status in the UAE, your Acte de Mariage must carry a valid Hague apostille issued by the competent Cour d'Appel. UAE authorities including GDRFA (for spouse visa sponsorship), courts (for family legal matters), and financial institutions all require apostilled marriage certificates from foreign jurisdictions.

The Acte de Mariage is issued by the mairie (town hall) where the marriage was celebrated. Like other French civil documents, the apostille must be obtained from the Cour d'Appel with jurisdiction over the location of the mairie. If the marriage was celebrated at a French embassy or consulate abroad, the document is held by the Service Central d'Etat Civil in Nantes.

Green Apple Attest provides a complete service from Dubai: we request a fresh Acte de Mariage from the mairie if needed, identify and coordinate with the correct Cour d'Appel, process the apostille, and arrange certified translation into English or Arabic for UAE submission. For couples relocating to the UAE, we often process the marriage certificate alongside other family documents (birth certificates, degrees) as a bundled package.
