Dual-Language Translation and Authentication

Integrated service combining certified French-to-Arabic or French-to-English translation by authorized Moroccan translators with the complete authentication chain for bilingual document processing.

Combined certified translation and authentication for Moroccan documents in Arabic, French, and English. We provide sworn translations and route them through the full legalisation chain for UAE use.

Morocco uses both Arabic and French as official languages, and many Moroccan documents are issued in one or both of these languages. UAE authorities may require documents to be in Arabic or English, creating a need for certified translation alongside authentication. Managing translation and authentication as separate processes leads to delays, extra costs, and coordination headaches.

Green Apple Attest offers a combined service that handles certified translation and full authentication in a single streamlined process. Our network of sworn translators in Morocco produces legally certified translations between Arabic, French, and English. These translations are then legalised alongside the original document through the Tribunal, MAEC, UAE Embassy, and MOFA chain.

This service is particularly valuable for Moroccan civil documents such as marriage certificates, birth certificates, and family record books (livret de famille), as well as educational certificates and professional qualifications that were issued in French only.

Questions & Answers

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the requesting authority. Most UAE government agencies accept Arabic documents directly. However, some free zone authorities and private employers prefer English. We advise on the appropriate target language based on your specific situation and the requesting authority.

A legally certified translation in Morocco is produced by a sworn translator (traducteur assermente) registered with the Moroccan courts. Their stamp and signature give the translation legal standing, which is required for the document to be authenticated through the MAEC chain.

For the Moroccan authentication chain, the translation must be done by a sworn translator registered in Morocco. Translations done in the UAE or other countries cannot be authenticated through the MAEC. If you already have a translation, we can review it and advise on next steps.

The certified translation is typically attached to the original document and both go through the authentication chain together as a single document set. This ensures the translation is officially linked to the authenticated original.
