The Certificado de Antecedentes Penales is issued by the Ministerio de Justicia, which also apostilles it. UAE employers and licensing authorities commonly treat it as valid for three months, so the order of assembly matters: request it once the slower documents in your file are nearly done, or it will expire while you wait.
