Issued abroad and needed in the UAE, or issued in the UAE and needed abroad. The chain of stamps differs; the service does not.
Educational
For UAE work visas, equivalency, and employers who need the qualification stamped before a contract is issued.
Personal
For family visas, sponsorship, inheritance, court filings and residency in another country.
Commercial
For branch registrations abroad, tenders, bank files, and authorisations that must hold up in a foreign jurisdiction.
The UAE is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, so an apostille alone is never enough here. These are the two chains we run, checked against the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' published requirements.
Issued abroad · used in the UAE
Into the UAE
Issuing authority
The university, registry, court or chamber that issued the original signs or seals it.
Home-country authentication
Notary and foreign ministry of the issuing country. Where that country issues apostilles, the apostille is this step, not the last one.
UAE embassy or consulate abroad
The UAE mission in the issuing country legalises the authenticated document.
MOFAIC, United Arab Emirates
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs attests the embassy stamp. Only then is the document accepted by UAE ministries, courts and employers.
Issued in the UAE · used abroad
Out of the UAE
Notary or issuing authority
UAE-issued originals are notarised or certified by the authority that produced them.
MOFAIC, United Arab Emirates
The Ministry certifies the signature and seal. Documents must be in Arabic or English, or carry a certified legal translation, and must not be laminated.
Destination embassy in the UAE
The embassy of the country where the document will be used legalises the MOFAIC stamp.
Destination foreign ministry
Some countries add a final step at their own ministry on arrival. We tell you up front whether yours does.
A photo on WhatsApp or the form below is enough. Tell us where it was issued and where it will be used. We reply with the exact chain of stamps your file needs and a quote.
A courier picks up from your home or office anywhere in the UAE, or you drop them at our Bur Dubai office. You receive a receipt listing every original.
Notary, translation, embassy and MOFAIC. One coordinator owns your file and tells you each time it moves.
Delivered to your door with every stamp in place, ready for the ministry, employer, bank or court that asked for them.
Anyone can list the stamps. The work is knowing which embassy wants which copy, in which order, and holding your originals safely while it happens.
We are a licensed Dubai company at 408 Nasser Lootah Building, Bur Dubai. Visit, call the landline, or send a courier.
The person who quotes your job is the person who runs it. No ticket queue, no repeating your story.
Each document is logged on collection and signed back on return, so you always know what we hold.
You see the full chain and the full cost first. Nothing is added later without your agreement.
A coordinator replies with the exact chain of stamps your file needs and the full cost in writing. No work starts until you approve it.
No. We handle the notary, the embassies and MOFAIC on your behalf. Your part is to hand over the originals and receive them back.
No. The UAE is not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, so an apostille on its own is never accepted here. A document issued abroad still has to be legalised by the UAE embassy in that country and then attested by MOFAIC in the UAE. The apostille can be a step in that chain, but it is never the last one.
Yes. Most files that start abroad need the home-country authentication and UAE embassy stages before anything can happen here. We coordinate those stages with our partners and complete the MOFAIC attestation once the document reaches the UAE.
A clear photo of the document, the country it was issued in, and the country or authority it will be presented to. With those three things we can confirm the exact chain of stamps and give you a written quote.
MOFAIC requires documents to be in Arabic or English, or to carry a certified legal translation. If yours is in another language we arrange the translation as part of the same file, so you do not need a separate translator.
You receive your original documents back with the physical stamps of each authority in place, and MOFAIC attestations carry a reference that the Ministry itself can verify. We also keep the collection receipt and return record for your file.
Degree, birth, marriage, police clearance or commercial file: share where it was issued and where it is going, and a coordinator in our Dubai office comes back with the chain of stamps and a written quote.
